Biography

Chad Graham’s practice focuses on general litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, trucking, transportation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, and insurance defense. He has practiced law for more than a decade, and holds the distinction of a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating. Chad is a former judicial law clerk to The Honorable J. Ernest Kinard, Jr., South Carolina Circuit Court Judge for the 2010-2011 term, and a former Assistant Solicitor for the 7th Judicial Circuit in Spartanburg (2011-2012).Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing golf, and cheering on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, his alma mater.
