Biography

Charles Telfair has practiced law throughout the state of Florida for over a quarter century. His legal career began at Holland & Knight, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the country. There, he represented major corporations in high stakes litigation and physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice claims.

In 1992, Charles was invited to join a new firm Lutz, Bobo & Webb, PA which included a managing partner and a full equity partner from Holland & Knight. Two years later, at the age of 29, he became a full equity partner and the firm was renamed Lutz, Bobo, Webb, & Telfair, PA.

About 15 years ago, Charles made the transition from defense work to representing plaintiffs. Since that time, he has represented plaintiffs’ rights in a variety of mass tort claims, product liability matters, medical malpractice actions, and nursing home litigation.

Charles also has represented many clients in premises liability matters, motor vehicle accidents, and a multitude of other personal injury and wrongful death claims. He takes great pride in his reputation, which has been earned through not only his talent and work ethic, but through the personal attention he pays to each and every client.

Charles is the father of three sons and has been married for over 27 years to his beloved wife, Valerie. He is deeply involved in his community, and feels blessed to live and work in the place he loves.
