Cherche Prezeau is a fifth-generation Montanan. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Montana (with honors) in 1990 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado in 1995. In addition to her experience in private practice, Cherche also clerked for the Montana Supreme Court (1995-1997) and worked for the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland (2000-2001). Cherche's practice now focuses primarily on employment law, construction law, real property and land use law, administrative law, and civil litigation.
