Biography

'I have always considered it my privilege to advocate and represent medical professionals, hospitals and the health care industry. Doctors, physician’s assistants, nurses and technicians devote their careers to helping all of us live our best, healthy lives. They deserve our respect, admiration and the highest level of legal representation to ensure they achieve optimal and just outcomes in lawsuits against them.'

Mr. Terzian has obtained defense verdicts in the New York City boroughs of Kings, Queens and Richmond. In addition, he has obtained defense verdicts in the New York State Counties of Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk and Orange. He has won numerous summary judgment motions as well.
