Introducing Christopher W. Wadsworth, the esteemed Managing Partner and founder of our firm. With a wealth of experience as a trial lawyer, Christopher specializes in insurance defense litigation at both the state and federal levels. His impressive track record encompasses a wide range of cases, including medical malpractice, personal injury (including trucking accidents and auto negligence), premise liability, product liability, construction defects, and insurance defense matters such as UM/UIM, bad faith, PIP, and coverage disputes.

Christopher obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Russian from the University of Florida. Prior to pursuing his legal career, he proudly served in the United States Navy for approximately six years, with duty stations including NAVSPECWARCEN Coronado California, NAVDIVSALVTRANCEN Panama City Florida, and EOD Mobile Unit 6 Detachment Mayport Florida. His exemplary service earned him a letter of commendation and a letter of congratulations from his commanding officer.

Completing his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami, Christopher graduated cum laude, achieving notable accolades such as membership in the Dean's List, a Mock Trial Finalist, a Moot Court Optional Round Finalist, and membership in Phi Delta Phi (Honor Fraternity). Following his tenure at the prosecutor's office, he dedicated his career exclusively to insurance defense and civil trial work, handling cases involving auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, construction defects, and insurance coverage disputes.

Christopher is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court of the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, he holds certification as a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court mediator. Notably, Christopher is affiliated with prestigious organizations such as Strathmore's Who's Who, Palm Beach County Bar Association, American Bar Association (Tort Insurance Law Section), Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the American Legion, Dade County Chamber of Commerce, and the Dade County Bar Association. He has further honed his skills through participation in the intensive trial program offered by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has served as a lecturer on various legal topics for numerous insurance companies and organizations.
