Christy is an experienced litigation specialist with a demonstrated history of working in all courts in Virginia focused on complex civil litigation. Christy is skilled in commercial litigation, corporate law, domestic relations law, estate litigation and real estate law including landlord/tenant issues, title issues, easements, and liens. Christy has nearly two decades of experience in state and federal courts including appeals in the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She currently serves as Commissioner of Chancery in Virginia Beach.
