Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Attorney Corey J. Day earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University and graduated from Duquesne University School of Law’s full‑time evening division in May 2013. While in law school he worked full time at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in several roles, spending four years as a paralegal in the Violent Crime, Firearms, and Narcotics unit where he helped prosecute hundreds of cases, then serving as Communications Coordinator before being sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney. Over the next four years he prosecuted a wide range of matters from preliminary hearings through trial, gaining courtroom experience and practical insight into every phase of criminal litigation.
