Biography

Craig Chaney is Of Counsel in our Paramus office, where he practices in insurance defense/coverage, general liability, governmental liability, construction, and premises liability matters. In addition, he participates in panel arbitrations and mediations for the defense in various types of cases.

Prior to joining HBS, Craig practiced for several years as an associate in other law firms handling litigation in various counties throughout New Jersey. Craig earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law - Newark and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Morehouse College.

Outside of the office, Craig enjoys spending time with his family and friends, practicing martial arts, hiking, listening to music, and watching movies.
