Biography

Cristal Gomez Vickers is an Associate in our Atlanta office, and she concentrates her practice on insurance coverage and general liability matters.

She previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the District Attorney’s Office for the Griffin Judicial Circuit, where she managed hundreds of felony and juvenile cases.

Earlier in her career, Cristal was a legal intern on the tax team at a law firm in Jacksonville, Florida, where she drafted estate planning documents such as trusts and wills, and researched memoranda on tax legal issues such as tax consequences for corporations. She was also an intern investigator for the Public Defender Services in Washington, D.C.

Cristal earned a Juris Doctor at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she was a Law Student Ambassador, worked in the Mediation Clinic and was a member of the John Marshall Association. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Criminal Justice at the University of Georgia.
