Daniel C. Gibbons joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is Counsel with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Dan is an accomplished trial attorney and seasoned litigator who has represented clients in courts and venues across the country in various complex commercial disputes. Dan is well regarded for his rational approach and measured advice and he is known for his ability to take complex concepts and reduce them into understandable language. Dan draws on his extensive prior experience, which enables him to understand the needs and objectives of his clients, provide sound legal and business advice, and effectively represent them in court.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Dan was the head of litigation for a large national healthcare organization. He was responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s commercial disputes across the country, devising and implementing the organization’s litigation strategy, and working closely with outside counsel.
Prior to going in-house at his longtime client, Dan was a Partner at a large international law firm where he successfully tried cases and represented high profile and prominent corporate clients in all manner of commercial disputes.
