Just a few weeks into his practice of law, Daniel K. Habenicht found himself a litigator in a jury trial in Houston, Texas. That early experience demystified litigation for the young attorney, who has gone on to develop strong trial advocacy skills. Daniel K. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Daniel K. Habenicht began his practice of law in Houston. After moving to Chattanooga in the summer of 2003, he joined the firm which he now leads, upholding the tradition of excellence established by the firm's founder, the late B. Stewart Jenkins, and continuing to litigate family law and personal injury cases for Tennesseans. As a Rule 31 listed Mediator, he is able to help his clients settle family disagreements in a less contentious manner.
