Biography

For more than twenty five years, Daniel S. Braverman, Esq. has been counseling and representing clients in all aspects of the employment relationship.

After having worked for many years at a large national law firm and a boutique Labor and Employment law practice, with some of the finest and most respected attorneys in the nation, Mr. Braverman decided to start his own practice -- Braverman, PLLC -- dedicated to the intriguing and challenging practice of Labor and Employment law.

Started in 2005, Braverman, PLLC and its attorneys are a law firm devoted to the practice of Labor and Employment law and litigation and related business matters. Braverman, PLLC zealously represents companies and individuals through the complex and evolving Labor and Employment law legal landscape. Mr. Braverman has successfully represented businesses, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to sole proprietorships, and individuals in federal and state courts throughout the United States, before federal, state, and city administrative agencies, as well as in arbitrations and mediations for more than two decades.

Daniel S. Braverman, Esq. is the Principal and Managing Director of Braverman, PLLC. Mr. Braverman clerked for a respected jurist in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and frequently lectures on Labor and Employment law topics.

Mr. Braverman received his law degree, cum laude and with Honors, from the Seton Hall University School of Law; and he received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Mr. Braverman is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, and has represented clients in numerous states throughout the nation.

Mr. Braverman also is admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
