Biography

Danya Hussain is an Associate at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office and focuses her practice on general civil litigation including commercial litigation, construction, directors and officers, personal injury, and premises liability matters. She is passionate about advocacy, problem-solving, and delivering results-oriented representation for her clients.

Ms. Hussain earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was a member of the NSU Trial Association and served as Public Relations Director for the Intellectual Property Society. While in law school, she earned certifications in Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity and was recognized as a recipient of both the NSU Alumni Scholarship and the North American Law Summit Scholarship.

Ms. Hussain also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
