Sanaz Alempour is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. Ms. Alempour is a member of the Fort Lauderdale chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which is an invitation-only national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. She also holds an “AV Preeminent” rating in both Legal Ability & Ethical Standards from Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence, which is a Peer Review Rating held only by approximately 10% of all attorneys nationwide. Ms. Alempour has also been recognized as a top attorney by Best Lawyers in America since 2026 in the practice area of Construction Law.

Ms. Alempour earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. While attending law school, she received a series of honors and distinctions, including serving as the Lead Articles Editor of Nova Southeastern Law Review, which published her article in its 32nd Spring 2008 Edition.
