Biography

Darren Tobin has been recognized as a top personal injury lawyer by both his peers and by industry publications. He’s one of a select group of Georgia attorneys who are a Super Lawyers Rising Star according to Super Lawyers and Atlanta Magazine. He’s also received accolades from the Atlanta Jewish Times as 40 Under 40, The National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40, and Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. In 2016, Darren’s colleagues named him as one of the Georgia’s most popular injury attorneys. Darren’s clients come from both personal and professional referrals which is a testament to his abilities. Darren attended both college and law school at the University of Georgia. After graduating from law school, Darren joined one of the most high-stakes divorce law firms in the southeast. There he tried many cases and learned what it takes to understand each client’s story so that he can best relay that story to a judge and jury. After a few years of successfully winning cases, he had developed both his trial advocacy and legal counseling skills. Darren then joined an established personal injury firm that focused on mass tort and motor vehicle cases. Darren traveled around the country defending and deposing doctors and experts. In 2014 Darren teamed up with Jeb to build a personal injury law firm in Georgia where the mission is to put the client first every time. A Johannesburg, South Africa native, Darren also grew up in London, England and Atlanta, Georgia. He now lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons.
