Biography

David A. Helfand, P.A. is admitted to practice in all the state courts of the state of Florida as well as the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Helfand graduated from St. John’s University in 1989 and from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1992. He formed the Law Offices of David A. Helfand, P.A. in 1998. He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

NEARLY 20 YEARS OF PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH REPRESENTATION

Mr. Helfand has settled and tried personal injury and wrongful death cases. Throughout his career, these cases have included automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, truck accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, insurance disputes and workers' compensation cases. He and his team have obtained significant results for their clients in a broad range of cases. For more than 17 years, he has vigorously pursued cases on behalf of his clients who have been injured due to the carelessness, negligence and/or malpractice of others.
