David A. Mitchell is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale West Office. He focuses his practice in the areas of general liability, insurance defense, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and general civil litigation.

Mr. Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Mitchell was an In-House Counsel intern with one of the nation's largest casual dining companies.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Mitchell represented employers and insurance carriers in the defense of workers' compensation cases.
