David E. Wolff, Esq.

David E. Wolff is a Florida attorney with experience in corporate, trust, and investment law. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, he was a finalist in the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Competition and earned highest honors in pretrial, trial, and business litigation skills. He has handled pretrial, trial, and appellate litigation, serving as both first and second chair in multiple jury trials and authoring appellate briefs that have led to precedent-setting opinions in Florida’s district courts of appeal. David advises high-net-worth individuals and families on business succession planning, asset protection, and investment decisions, collaborating with c-suite professionals and national law firms on banking, investment, and wealth advisory disputes. He has also lectured at the University of Miami School of Law on appellate advocacy and legal research and has authored publications on appellate practice, fiduciary duty, and trusts and estates. Before his legal career, David was a nationally ranked junior tennis player, achieving top rankings in Florida and the U.S. He attended the University of South Carolina on an academic and athletic scholarship, earning All-SEC Academic Status.
