Biography

Dave is a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area with an office in Marin County. He has been in practice since 1986.


Dave's practice encompasses all aspects of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on multi-party actions. He has handled hundreds of commercial disputes, with an emphasis on construction and real estate related matters.


He is a recognized expert in common interest development law. Since the early 1990’s he has been a frequent contributor to industry journals and a presenter at common interest development law seminars throughout the state. He has represented hundreds of common interest developments as general counsel.


Dave has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubble, is a former President of Marin County Bar Association, a former reserve police officer, and has consistently been named as a Northern California "Super Lawyer," which is a designation awarded to the top 5% of attorneys in Northern California.
