Biography

David H. Rosenberg is the Managing Attorney of DHR Law. David concentrates his practice on the acquisition, construction, development, financing and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including, condominium development and the acquisition and development of triple-net credit tenant properties. In addition, he represents clients in connection with general corporate and business matters and litigates various real estate and construction matters.

David was raised in Newton, Massachusetts. He is a 1993 graduate of Brandeis University with honors, a 1997 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) with honors. And, a 1997 graduate of the Suffolk University School of Management where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with honors, concurrently with his JD.

David is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar Association and currently holds a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License. David is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Massachusetts. Furthermore, David has been voted one of the Top Attorneys in the State of Florida by Florida Trend Magazine.
