David J. Rosenberg is an associate in the Real Estate department at Phillips Nizer LLP in the New York office. David negotiates all aspects of real property acquisitions and dispositions, including construction financing, transfers of development rights and performance of related due diligence for property owners and lenders in conjunction with project financing.
David has managed a full range of discretionary land use approvals on behalf of developers, brokers and non-profit organizations, including applications before the city's land use agencies. He advises litigation counsel and assists in document preparation in disputes related to land use and zoning, such as Article 78 Proceedings and condemnation proceedings.

Landis and associate David Rosenberg recently closed the sale of a 2-building mixed-use investment package in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn on behalf of the LJJ NYC Multi-Family Real Estate Fund. The 75,000 square-foot asset, encompassing 7 stores and 69 apartments, sold for approximately $9 million.
