Biography

David Bowersox has been involved in the community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Carroll County Chapter, Homebuilders Association of Maryland, and on the Board of Governors of the St. Thomas More Society of Maryland. Since 1996, he has been a settlement officer for the Circuit Court for Carroll County. He served on the faculty of the Maryland Institute for the Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL) and is an adjunct professor at the Catholic University of America, School of Architecture and Planning. Attorney Bowersox is also a guest lecturer at the University Of Baltimore School Of Law. Since 2008, he has been a presenter for the Clarewood Foundation, University of Baltimore, speaking to delegations from the Provincial Dept. of Land & Resources of Guizhou Province, People's Republic of China, about land use practices, economic development initiatives in the United States and similar issues.




Attorney Bowersox is the author of “The Public Use Limitation in Eminent Domain: Poor Relation to the Constitution's” Poor Relation, published in Current Condemnation Issues, Vol. II, 2006 by the ABA's Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law
