Hobbies & interests:
The creative forces of man and of nature are of equal and striking magnificence to me. I have had the privilege of attending a magnificent artistic performance at the Lincoln Center, and of experiencing and feeling the tremendous boulder-crushing force of a 100 year flash-flood in the slot canyons of the Grand Canyon. I have canoed in the Missouri River, snowshoed in the Dakotas, hiked in the Sierras, Rockies, Adirondacks, Appalachians and the Alps. I spend time in nature and have observed how man has successfully created from nature, and I have some of the things nature can teach. "Truth is ever to be found in simplicity, and not in the multiplicity and confusion of things." -Newton-.
