David Mincin, is managing partner and attorney at Mincin Law, PLLC. With more than two decades of proven experience, David provides professional, efficient, and cost-effective legal services that meet the unique needs of his clients.David graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College in 1989. Additionally, Mr. Mincin earned a M.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1991. He completed law school at California Western School of Law in 1994. He practices law in both Nevada and California. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1994 and the California Bar in 1997.
