Biography

Ms. Corcoran is one of the few attorneys in the United States who holds both an advanced law degree (an LLM) in Litigation in addition to being certified by the State of Virginia to be Lead Counsel in Capital Murder cases.  She has handled cases ranging from mass tort litigation (representing well over a 100+ at a time) to difficult and technical sexual crimes (i.e., child pornography).  Ms. Corcoran exclusively handles clients criminally charged with serious crimes.  She is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Academy of Forensic Science, representing clients in both Federal and State Courts.  She is also is willing to assist lawyers in other states and jurisdictions.
