Biography

Dennis E. Horvath grew up in South Bend, Indiana. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Dennis is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Dennis has practiced law in Ohio since 2001, dedicating his practice exclusively to domestic relations and family law. He represents clients in all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, dissolution, child custody and parenting disputes, child and spousal support, and prenuptial agreements. His practice is known for handling complex, high-conflict, and high-asset matters with precision, strategy, and discretion.

Dennis’s work has been consistently recognized by his peers. He has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America from 2018 through 2026. Best Lawyers is the oldest and one of the most respected peer-review publications in the legal profession, and selection is widely regarded as a significant professional honor conferred by fellow attorneys.

Dennis has also been recognized by Super Lawyers.
