Biography

Ellery Grey is a South Dakota native who grew up on a small family farm near Miller and graduated from high school in Pierre. Ellery received his law degree from Baylor Law School, which is consistently ranked by US News as one of the top trial schools in the nation. Ellery's education prepared him for trial and that's what he does in practice. Since entering the legal profession, Ellery has represented the accused at all levels of State and Federal court in South Dakota.
