Emily J. Buchbinder focuses her legal practice on estate planning, assisting individuals and couples with estates of all sizes. Emily serves as Chairperson of the Santa Cruz County Bar Estate Planning Council and has previously been a board member for the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County, the Santa Cruz Cancer Benefit Group, and Habitat for Humanity. Before establishing her own practice, she gained experience at Bosso Williams, the Grunsky Law Firm, and Deloitte Tax. A sought-after speaker on estate planning and taxation, Emily has presented for organizations such as the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County, UC Santa Cruz Planned Giving, CalCPA, and the Rotary Foundation.
