Biography

Eric B. Kingsley is a Los Angeles employment lawyer and partner at Kingsley Szamet Employment Lawyers who has dedicated his career to representing employees in workplace disputes throughout California. For nearly three decades, he has fought for workers facing wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, unpaid wages, and other employment law violations.

Mr. Kingsley is known for handling complex employment litigation on behalf of employees in both individual and class action matters. Over the course of his career, he has litigated more than 150 class actions in state and federal courts and has helped recover over $300 million for California workers. His practice includes wage and hour litigation, PAGA claims, wrongful termination cases, workplace harassment and discrimination matters, whistleblower claims, and other high-stakes employment disputes.
