I have known Mr. Ruff for over 20 years. However, in full disclosure, my wife is the Cohen in Ruff & Cohen.Eric is a phenomenal writer and has great research skills. I am a bankruptcy trustee, and know that the other trustees view Mr. Ruff's work product as high quality, accurate, complete. and may be taken at face value. There is no higher praise in the debtor bankruptcy business. He is certainly worthy of an AV rating.
