Evan Todd Marowitz is a Partner in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. He is a AV Preeminent Peer Review-rated attorney. His practice focus lies in the defense of health care practitioners in malpractice and administrative actions, as well as catastrophic personal injury and premises liability defense litigation. Over the course of his career, Mr. Marowitz has tried over 70 cases to verdict. He often speaks to healthcare providers and industry professionals about changes in the law that affect their respective professions.
Mr. Marowitz attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA on an academic scholarship and received a bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 1996. He attended the University of Akron College of Law on an academic scholarship and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1999. He is currently privileged to serve a two-year term on Tulane Alumni Association’s national Board of Directors for Tulane Club Representatives.
Mr. Marowitz has been a member of the Florida Bar for twenty years. He maintains ties to several local charities and civic organizations in South Florida. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for 2025.
