Biography

Mrs. Cox’s practice includes estate planning, business planning, probate, trust termination, guardianships, adoptions, family planning, consumer law and real estate development. Mrs. Cox has been a speaker for seminars on the topics of real estate, contracts, estate planning, and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and has provided testimony before the Ohio House and Senate with regard to changes to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act as it relates to home builders. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mrs. Cox is also a licensed title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. She is also a co-owner of Midland Title Agency of Union County and of Midland Development Services, LLC.

Mrs. Cox is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, participated in the ABA National Moot Court Competition Quarter Finalist, 2001 and clerked for the Hon. Edward A. Cox of the Seventh District Court of Appeals as well as was the Legal Research Assistant to Prof. Gregory Travalio on his book on Ohio Consumer Law prior to graduating law school.
