Biography

Frank Bartlett is the firm’s lead personal injury trial attorney, representing people and families facing some of life’s most devastating circumstances. He is nationally recognized as one of the top-rated personal injury attorneys in Connecticut. For more than a decade, Attorney Bartlett has advocated for clients in courts throughout Connecticut, including the Connecticut Supreme Court, Appellate Court, and Superior Court, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. His experience also includes the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission and multiple administrative forums, along with tribal courts and gaming disputes courts. Before dedicating his practice to injured people, he worked as an insurance defense attorney, experience that gives him a practical understanding of how insurers evaluate and fight claims. Since founding the firm in 2012, he has obtained settlements and verdicts totaling more than $29 million. In 2013, two of his jury verdicts were named among the Connecticut Law Tribune’s top 25 personal injury verdicts.
