Biography

Fred P. Mason III is an associate in our Paramus office, where he focuses his practice in business litigation, construction, general liability, and premises liability matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Fred worked as a professional liability associate with a local litigation firm. He also gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Darren J. Del Sardo and interned with the Honorable James J. DeLuca in the New Jersey Courts.

Fred obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University, where he acted as co-president for the Rutgers Family Law Society and deputy director with the International Refugee Assistance Program. He was also senior editor of the Rutgers International Law & Human Rights Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the College of New Jersey.
