Mr. Skolnik is the counsel to the board of an insurance company on which I sit. He attends our board meetings and advises the board on corporate governance issues. Over our numerous meetings, Fred has proven himself to be very knowledgeable in both corporate and securities law and in employment contract issues. He considers the issues carefully and communicates his position very well. Fred is an excellent attorney and a real asset to the board.
