G. Jason Thompson

Jason Thompson is a seasoned trial attorney with over two decades of experience in Criminal Defense, DUI/DWI Defense and Litigation. He is admitted to practice in various courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and multiple district courts across Georgia. He is also licensed in South Dakota and the District of Columbia (nonactive).

Mr. Thompson holds a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law, a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Minnesota State University, Mankato. His dedication to legal excellence has earned him an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Thompson is deeply involved in political and civic activities. He serves as the Republican National Committeeman for Georgia, chairs the Elections Operation Subcommittee, and is the Co-Chairman of the RNC Election Integrity Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Georgia Chapter of the National Republican Lawyers Association and an active member of the Federalist Society.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Thompson is a frequent media commentator on law and politics.
