Geri Tomich is an accomplished attorney whose practice focuses on asset protection, estate planning, probate, estate and gift taxation, business entity formation, and related trust and estate matters. She takes a sophisticated, client-centered approach to helping individuals, families, and business owners preserve wealth, plan for the future, and navigate complex legal and tax considerations.
Ms. Tomich earned her LL.M. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She also holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
A respected speaker and author, Ms. Tomich presents educational seminars on estate planning, probate avoidance, and business succession planning and has contributed articles to local publications. She is also committed to community service and leadership, including serving as board chair of the Nevada Community Foundation and Baller Dream Foundation.
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Ms. Tomich moved with her family to Las Vegas in 1990 and has proudly called the community home ever since. Outside of her practice, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Rick, their son, Jake, and extended family and friends.
