I have over a decade of experience in business and employment counseling and litigation, and I serve as outside General Counsel to numerous clients, helping them align their legal operations with their corporate objectives and resolve complex challenges. As an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Law School, I co-taught a course on Deposition Advocacy, sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of lawyers.
