Biography

Gregory J. Bosseler has achieved the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar in the area of Civil Trial litigation.

Gregory J. Bosseler is the managing partner of Morgan & Morgan’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Mr. Bosseler was born in Miami, Florida in 1968 and was educated in the Public School System in Miami-Dade County, graduating from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1986. He attended the University of Florida and played football for the Gators prior to turning his attention to a career in law. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1991, he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 1994. In 2011, Mr. Bosseler received the Trial Warrior award for having the most first chair jury trials of any attorney in the entire firm.

Mr. Bosseler spent nearly 20 years in Florida and tried numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases to verdict throughout the state. He was a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Lee County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and previously was the Chairman of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit’s Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee. Additionally, Mr. Bosseler previously served as a member of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee and was also a member of the prestigious Calusa Chapter of the American Inns of Court where he served as a Barrister. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia State Courts, Mississippi’s State and Federal Courts, Florida’s State and Federal Courts and Washington, D.C.

As a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Mr. Bosseler has achieved the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar in the area of Civil Trial litigation. Less than 2 percent of all the attorneys practicing in the State of Florida have earned this distinction.

Mr. Bosseler has also been honored with the prestigious “AV Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the paramount national publication in the legal field. This rating is based upon evaluations by other attorneys and judges and is the highest rating attainable by an attorney for legal ability and ethics in the practice of law. It is a distinction reserved for a select few in the legal community.

Recently, Mr. Bosseler received a nearly $7 million dollar verdict in a wrongful death lawsuit. To date, this judgment is the largest verdict in Hendry County history. Mr. Bosseler is dedicated to using his experience to fight for clients who have been neglected, injured, and in need.
