Gregory Michael Dell is the Managing Attorney of Dell Disability Lawyers, a nationwide disability insurance law firm that has represented thousands of claimants in long-term disability insurance claims since 1979. Mr. Dell has litigated against every major disability insurance company in the country and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in disability benefits for clients nationwide.In 2006, Mr. Dell was selected by Thomson Reuters, the largest legal publisher in the United States, to author the long-term disability insurance chapter of Florida Insurance Law and Practice (Vol. 17, West's Florida Practice Series). The treatise is published annually and is used by attorneys and judges as an authoritative source on disability insurance law.Mr. Dell serves as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Health and Disability Insurance Law Committee. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Health Lawyers Association. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to Super Lawyers (2017–2018, 2021–2025) and Best Lawyers in America in the field of Insurance Law (since 2013).Mr. Dell received his B.S./B.A. in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
