Biography

Mr. LaMonaca is the founding member of The Law Office of Gregory P. LaMonaca, P.C. It is the mission at The Law Office of Gregory P. LaMonaca, P.C., to pro-actively assist our clients in the development, execution, and realization of their "goals." From our initial meeting through the overall resolution of the case, we work vigorously and tenaciously to assist our clients in developing their goals to insure their rights are protected and their voices and concerns are heard. This system, started by Mr. LaMonaca, is called "Brutally Honest". It is a three phase comprehensive process designed to assess the past, determine what the client's current objectives are and develop a proactive plan to guide them forward toward their goals and beyond. Mr. LaMonaca, along with former Custody client and friend James Grim, wrote the "Brutally Honest Life Management Journal" which outlines the process and allows the reader to partake in a self guided journey to reconnect to what matters most to them. Once there, the client is equipped and empowered to move forward with the rest of their lives. It is always our approach to attempt to amicably resolve every matter in an expeditious, cost-effective manner. However, should the parties disagree, or an agreement cannot be reached, we stand committed to aggressively implement our "Team-Oriented", litigation approach, within the sound ethical and professional boundaries of the law. While Mr. LaMonaca's primary focus is Family Law, the firm's other associates and affiliate attorneys/firms also handle matters in a wide area of General Practice, including but not limited to: Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Contracts, Employment Law, Criminal Defense, Expungements, Motor Vehicle, Landlord/Tenant, Debt Collections, Mechanics Liens, Workers Compensation, Medical Malpractice and Slip and Fall.
