    He was opposing counsel in a case that was not within his field of expertise. While it may be unfair to judge him in the basis of this one case, he should never agreed to handle it. I thought he was in over his head.

    I imagine this comment was posted regarding the Quinn v. Omicare litigation, which I handled 9 yrs. ago on a pro bono basis. Read the Third Circuit decision and then decide whether I was over my head: 382 F. 3d 432 (3d Cir, 2004).
