He is a former Chapter 7 Trustee. Author: "The Income Taxation of Bankruptcy Estates," prepared as a Master of Laws (in taxation) thesis at the University of Florida, 1978. Received the K. Colleen Nunnelly Award on May 6, 2017 at the annual convention of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys in Orlando, Florida.
