Biography

Isabella A. Eitner is an associate in our White Plains office, who practices in general liability, health care, medical malpractice and premise liability matters.

During her time as a law clerk with HBS and another local law firm, Isabella gained firsthand experience law conducting legal research, drafting judicial orders, and preparing case summaries for medical malpractice and mediation cases. She also spent time as a student attorney at the Equal Justice America Disability Rights Clinic, where she represented disabled and elderly clients in health law matters.

Isabella received her Juris Doctor from Pace University, where she was actively involved on the Advocacy Program’s Executive Board and captain of several trial competition teams. She was also an executive board member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Society and a member of the Women’s Association of Law Students. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University.
