Biography

Jacob Oneal Sutter is an associate in our Little Rock office focusing on business litigation, governmental liability, and labor and employment matters.

Previously a law clerk for Circuit Judge Shawn J. Johnson, Jacob played a part in the judicial process assisting the judge in matters spanning family law and probate estates. His responsibilities included conducting legal research, drafting opinions, and providing invaluable insights into complex legal issues.

Jacob earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. During his tenure in law school, he excelled as a Rule XV Student Lawyer, gaining hands-on experience in employment and civil rights litigation. His active involvement in numerous jury trials not only honed his courtroom acumen but also solidified his reputation as a tenacious advocate for his clients. He completed Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
