Biography

Jae Y. Kim joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Kim’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, securities litigation, and product liability. He litigates high-stakes cases in state and federal courts and in domestic and international arbitrations, with a focus on New York practice. Kim regularly represents institutional clients and has handled matters for Korean and Chinese companies and their U.S. affiliates. His work includes emergency relief, dispositive motion practice, discovery strategy, and trial preparation across industries such as real estate and construction, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Kim was a litigator at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Kim also served in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps and is an aspiring endurance athlete who has completed triathlons, including an Ironman event.
