I have known Jim Morris since he started practicing law and have been familiar with his work in Beaumont and Austin, Texas, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In my opinion he is one of America's most outstanding plaintiffs pharmaceutical product lawyers and one of the very, very few who can actually try one of the cases to a jury. In that regard, he has very few peers. However, his trial skills are not limited to pharmaceutical cases. He is simply an excellent litigator. Read less
