James David Golkow

As a co-founding partner of Golkow Hessel, LLC, Jim Golkow combines decades of trial experience with a focused commitment to helping people harmed by negligence and defective products. Over the course of more than 40 years, he has tried cases in state and federal courts in jurisdictions that include Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Virginia, Vermont, and Puerto Rico. Jim concentrates on serious personal injury litigation, particularly product liability matters involving defective or dangerous products. His professional recognition includes being named a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” for 17 consecutive years, membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and inclusion in the 7 Figure Litigator and 8 Figure Litigator organizations. The National Trial Lawyers has also selected him as a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Attorney and a Top 25 Product Liability Attorney.
