In 2008, Golkow Hessel, LLC was created by attorneys James Golkow and Daniel Hessel, who left their roles as shareholders at Cozen O’Connor to form a focused, boutique litigation firm. They did it for one reason: to give injured people the kind of attention and advocacy that can get lost in a larger practice. Over the years, our team has helped hundreds of clients facing severe injuries and has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of individuals and families. Awards and accolades are appreciated, but they’re not what drives us. What drives us is helping clients rebuild after traumatic events and making sure the parties responsible are held to account.
