Biography

Jane worked as a litigation paralegal for fifteen years before returning to school to obtain her law degree. She graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Law in 2004 and began practicing law in a large defense firm. Prior to joining Casey Bailey & Maines, Jane managed the Lexington office of a large insurance defense firm for eight years. Jane is a Partner and her practice includes automobile and commercial trucking, products liability, environmental law, catastrophic loss, premises liability cases and commercial litigation. She has tried cases throughout the Commonwealth in both Federal and State court and has successfully argued two cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
